I went to the Logitech driver site and downloaded the latest setpoint version, but no luck. I’ve deleted and added multiple times, it appears in the Devices list but shows as Offline and will not go online it does appear as online momentarily when I re-add it, however it has never actually functioned since the first time it stopped I have also tried connecting a Logitech M mouse with no luck either.

In reply to HalideBekaroglu’s post on November 3, I’m having the exact same issue with 2 different Logitech Bluetooth mice connecting to my Latitude u running Windows 8. Mouse has been working again. When I first connected the mouse it worked perfectly for several hours, then all of a sudden it stopped working. Yea, well I removed and added the V times and couldn’t get it to work So color me Blue This site in other languages x.

My Logitech v Bluetooth mouse works. Reconnected it Monday with help from Surface Support, after not working for about three weeks.

One user has voted “No” on compatibility. Make sure you are punching the little button on the bottom of the mouse that asks the PC for recognition, as you are asking Surface to add the device. The mouse is okay now.


Sorry this didn’t help. My Logitech V wireless mouse stopped working after I switched to Windows 8.

So this proves the mouse is ok and that it is Surface that is not recognizing the mouse. It still shows the mouse in the Devices list, but as ‘offline’.
